The long drive was tough, especially at the border on the way back, but meeting the kids was always a special experience. I loved teaching them arts and crafts as well as performing puppet shows for them.

Coordinating the practice with everyone was not easy, but it was worth the effort. Grandpas and grandmas always welcomed us and told us how much they enjoyed our music. Sometimes they would cry and sometimes they would sing along.
